How I dose it

The label says three capsules a day. In practice, I have most people start with one capsule at bedtime for three days, see how their gut handles it, then bump to two, then three. Whole dose at night for sleep support. If you're using it for daytime stress, split it: one in the morning, two at bedtime.

Take it with food or without. Doesn't matter much with this form. Some people like it with a small meal because it just feels easier on the stomach.

What to expect
